| Handcrafted bamboo windchime with a coconut shell top from Bali. Windchimes are thought to be a very useful tool to help promote the movement of positive chi since they harness the power of the wind and turn that energy into a soft melody to calm the soul.... Our windchimes are each balanced and each hand cut to precise lengths ; individually tuned so that each tube resonates in a different key, and then perfectly balanced and suspended from a half of a natural recycled coconut shell. The "gong" or "ringer" is attatched and fitted with a segment of thicker bamboo and then the whole product is coated with a protected coat of natural wood stain to give it a deep rich luster. Our chimes are tradionally meant to be used outdoors in a garden setting or a veranda or porch; but we have seen them hung off of eaves of homes and even indoors! Air conditioning units and ceiling also move air after all! 28 inches long x 6 inches wide. |
